An educator can construct the clinical state the learner is about to inherit. Start with a prebuilt patient, clone an existing scenario or create something new. Demographics can be specified or generated. The scenario can include presenting problem, location, triage narrative, history, observations, medications, pathology, imaging, prior transfers, handover and other activity that happened before the learner arrives. The result is not an empty chart; it is a patient with a story already in motion.
