OctoPiSim is designed to complement the rest of the teaching environment. An institution receives its own isolated environment for scenarios, patients and assessment content. Course, educator and learner structures can be managed inside the platform, while results can be exported for use in upstream learning or administrative systems. The platform does not require an institution to replace its physical simulation lab or connect every mannequin before it becomes useful.
