In shortWrite progress notes a real clinician would recognise as your own.

Clinical work is not complete until it is documented. Learners can create progress notes and other narrative documentation as part of the same patient record rather than submitting a disconnected answer sheet. OctoPiSim records whether documentation occurred and preserves the content for educator review. Objective completion can be assessed automatically where appropriate; the quality of clinical narrative remains available for human judgement.
