Medication safety is about attention to the whole workflow, not choosing an answer from a list. OctoPiSim supports prescribing and medication administration so learners can work with scheduled medication, dose, route, timing, administration status, refusal and witnessed workflows where appropriate. If a learner misreads an order or misses what was prescribed, the simulation can preserve that evidence safely. Physical checks such as confirming the wristband remain observable educator behaviours rather than pretending software can see what happened in the room.
