Educators should not spend their time rebuilding the same administrative structure for every exercise. Courses, cohorts, educators and learners can be organised so teaching activity can be assigned repeatedly without recreating class lists every time. The purpose is simple: less list management, more time spent on teaching and feedback.

What that means in practice

• Organise learners into reusable cohorts.
• Associate multiple educators with a course where required.
• Reduce repeated class set-up for each activity.
• Keep assignment and progress information attached to the correct learners.
